Beneath the Moon is my take on mt. Susitna, the mountain people call the sleeping lady, and explores the feeling of carrying something wild beneath the surface.
Created in watercolor and ink, this piece brings together the quiet strength of a wolf with a snow covered, rocky mountain beneath the moon. The landscape feels both vast and intimate, a place of solitude, and the wildness that lives within us.
The larger prints are individually embellished with touches of gold paint, adding a subtle shimmer and making each one a little more unique.
They come in 2 sizes
